Shipping & Returns



Items are shipped within 48 hours of placing an order.  All assembled printers and printed parts have a lead time of 1 – 2 weeks before shipping.  All items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number and typically take 5 – 7 business days to deliver.  During holiday seasons, shipping transit time will vary depending on the carrier.


Products that have not been opened, programmed, or soldered may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Please use our contact page to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number needed  to make the return.  Any products returned without an RMA number will be returned to sender.  The sender is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is being returned due to an error on our behalf.

If you have received a product that has defects, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.  Issues are usually resolved without the need to return the item.  If a return is necessary, you will need to acquire an RMA number in order to return the item.  Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis.  We can not guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Damage:

If an items arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us and provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damage to your product.  We’ll get a new replacement part shipped to you right away.
